A Registered Childminder is self-employed and works from their own home.

• We have to go through an extensive process by OFSTED before receiving our registration.
• Provide a low child:adult ratio.
• Flexible hours which is usually earlier or later than day nurseries and school.
• Able to provide continuity of care from a few months old to end of primary school!
• Outings to drop ins
• Trips within our community environment (parks, libraries, shops & such others).
• Care in a mixed aged environment.

We strongly recommend that all prospective parents visit as many Childminders as possible so you can compare our different services, allowing you to make an informed choice.
